Policies
We want to provide a service of quality and excellence. The Policies explained below are in place so that our business' appointments and services run professionally, organized & smoothly. We also value & respect the esthetician's craft and role. Please, before booking a skin service it is important that you read, understand and agree to the following policies and terms from Vanié Complexions:
Cancellations
Every client is important, so we reserve this time especially for you. Please give us a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment so we may keep the schedule flowing and can service everyone in a timely manner. If you cancel after the 24 hour period, 100% of the service will be charged to the card on file.

Reschedule
Every client is important, so we reserve this time especially for you. Please give us a 24 hour notice to reschedule your appointment so we may keep the schedule flowing and service everyone in a timely manner. We will give you 2 chances to reschedule your appointment with no fee, if done in the 24 hours mark. After the 3rd reschedule or if you reschedule after the 24 hours period, 50% of the service will be charged to the card on file. When rescheduling, we require you provide the date & availability of your preferred day at the end of the business day you're requesting to reschedule, if no date is provided, your appointment will be considered a no show.

Lateness
Serving our clients on a timely manner is highly important to us. We appreciate punctuality and responsibility. There is a grace period of 10 minutes of lateness. After the 10 minutes, your appointment may be rescheduled and rescheduling policy applies.
Calling, emailing or any form of communication to notify lateness does not invalidate this policy. It still applies.
No-shows
We separate this time especially for you. Not showing up to your appointment and not notifying it will cause 100% of the service scheduled to be charged to the card on file. There are NO exceptions and NO refunds. We reserve the right to service you or not again.
Refunds & Others
All sales (deposits, service and products, fees) are final. No refunds. We are not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen items in our establishment or outside of it.
