Yes, you can. However, there are certain terms and fees that apply. Make sure you read and understand the policies to avoid misunderstandings and fees.

Providing a service and an experience of excellence is our priority. We separate this time and space specially for you. However, we do have policies in place in order to keep our business and appointments running smoothly, organized, and in a professional matter. For instance, if you book your appointment but never show up, a "no show" fee will be charged to the card on file. This is to protect our business and to be considerate with the esthetician's role. Arrive to your facial bare skin, no makeup & on time. Do not exfoliate in any way 48 hours prior your service nor use retinol. Avoid any unnecessary sun exposure, since it would sensitize your skin and performing a facial won't be possible. Relax and enjoy.

Avoid sun exposure, heat, stay in the shade & wear hats. Do not wash your face the night you received the facial, wash next day in the morning. No sweating and no makeup the day you received the facial. Do NOT exfoliate nor apply any active/strong ingredients on the skin after 3-7 days or as recommended. Everything that touches your face must be totally clean; change pillow cases, disinfect phone, wash hands, etc. Follow the esthetician's recommendations for after care to avoid adverse reactions on the skin.

Get there early! Please, double check the day/time of your appointment since it is your responsibility to arrive on time. If you are a first time client, arrive 10 min earlier to fill up important forms. The esthetician will guide you through the facial. The duration depends on the service chosen. Relax and enjoy!
